Furniture Canopy Return Policy

At Furniture Canopy, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Non-Damaged Returns: If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. You must request a return authorization from our customer service team prior to sending any item back.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage are required to initiate a claim.

2. Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories intact.
  • Clearance, custom, assembled, or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Mattresses, pillows, and other hygienic items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened.

3. Restocking & Return Fees

  • A 35% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Furniture Canopy Customer Service at support@furniturecanopy.com.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any applicable fees.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment at no cost.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it may be subject to our return policy guidelines above.

6. Refused Deliveries

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery that are not due to visible damage will be treated as a regular return and will be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.
